OPTIX manufactures prismatic blanks of complex shape with precision of the angular dimensions of 1 angular minute and linear precision of 0.05 mm. Besides, it manufactures blanks under the form of lamellae and discs with diameter up until 150 mm and precision of up to 0.02 mm. The company makes use of "LOH", "DAMA" and BOTHNER" machines, as well as of precise measuring devices to control the angular and linear dimensions of the blanks.
