OPTIX possesses the required technical equipment to lay on deep-vacuum optical coatings for the various spectrum ranges though electronic ray and thermal evaporation of materials. The following types of coatings are under production:

• Antireflective optical coatings for the ultraviolet, the visible and the infrared spectrum range;
• Mirror coatings;
• Special light protection coatings;
• Metal coatings.

The hi-tech equipment is supplied by "Leybold" and "ÇÎÑÑ" companies and the control is made through "Hitachi" and "Perkin Elmer" spectrophotometers within the spectral range of 190 nm to 15 ìm of the reflected and absorbed light.

In 2004 OPTIX has implemented the technology of laying anti-reflexive coatings on crystals, as well (Ge, ZnSe etc.).
