- OPTIX obtains ISO 9001:2000 quality certificate
- Single tube night vision goggles DIANA are certified by the Agency for Testing, control and Measurement Of Military Weapons at the Ministry of Defense
- OPTIX wins three international tenders for supplying devices and night vision equipment
- 120 people from the personnel, employed by OPTIX, undergo PHARE programme training
- The new "Flat optics" facility
- OPTIX develops daytime and nigh-time sights for light military firearms

- A new "Mechanics processing" workshop
- OPTIX wins a competition for building an experimental system for observation and early warning of the front lines at a site of strategic importance
- OPTIX develops its twin-tube night vision goggles "Diana TT", for use by commandos and special operation forces
- R&D of the first series of products for application in the sphere of ophthalmology

- OPTIX wins a Bulgarian Army tender for single- and twin-tube night vision goggles, day and night sights
- OPTIX wins two tenders for PHARE programme
- OPTIX develops the NV monocular "Diana M" together with a new daily, night and collimator sights
- OPTIX establishes a joint-venture company for the production of endoscopes

- Full modernization of the "Finishing operations" workshop
- OPTIX introduces “ABAS” ERP system
- OPTIX develops the Mobile Thermo Vision System “TERMA-04”
- OPTIX wins the prize for “Innovative Enterprise” of the Year in Bulgaria

| 2006 |
- OPTIX receives AQAP 2110 certificate (NATO Standard)
- The company wins “Investor of the Year” competition held by the “InvestBulgaria Agency” in the category “Investor in the area of innovative high technologies”
- For second consecutive year, OPTIX is awarded with the prize “Bulgarian Innovative Enterprise”

Executive Director of OPTIX Co
Born on 02.09.1954 in Pazardzik. Graduates from LITMO - St. Petersburg in 1980. Until 1998 works for "Optielectron" in Panagurishte, where from 1995 to 1998 is Executive Director of the Company.
Establishes OPTIX Co. in 1998.
